The Roadmap to 2031: Our 5-Year Vision for Regional Logistics Leadership

A resilient supply chain cannot be built overnight. Glory Ethiopia Logistics PLC is proud to share our strategic Five-Year Growth Roadmap, charting our evolution from a newly established hub in Addis Ababa to a dominant logistics presence across East Africa.

We are executing this vision across three progressive development phases:

1. Phase One: Local Groundwork & Launch (Years 1–2)

Our immediate focus is setting up our standard operations center in Addis Ababa. During this phase, we are establishing our core freight forwarding services and solidifying foundational agency partnerships with Chinese logistics providers.

2. Phase Two: Digitalization & Infrastructure (Year 3)

We plan to introduce integrated warehousing and local distribution frameworks. This phase will feature the launch of our digital tracking software to offer clients complete transparency over their shipments.

3. Phase Three: The East African Corridor (Years 4–5)

Our long-term goal moves past national boundaries. We will actively scale operations along the critical Djibouti logistics corridor to connect China-Africa trade networks comprehensively.
